We are looking for a Service Advisor to join an already successful team working from our dealership on Bristol Road, Quedgeley.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
To meet and greet your VW customers and clarify their Service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell VW products and service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done and meet the customers’ time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
What we are looking for:-
Team player with a flexible attitude, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative
Be well presented and enjoy the opportunity to deal with customers face to face and over the phone and ensure that you leave them with an excellent impression of the brand and dealership on every occasion.
Prior experience in a customer service or sales role
You need to hold a full driving licence
