At Blade Group we are looking to recruit a contact centre operative who will be based at our centralised contact centre in Tewkesbury, The responsibilities include making outbound telephone calls to make appointments with customers for servicing and MOT work and other aftersales opportunities.
You will be a natural communicator with an ability to understand and empathise with the customers you speak to. Presentable, confident and articulate you will also possess a reasonable level of computer skills. Experience in the motor industry, whilst beneficial, is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
